At Oma The Label, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new jewelry or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you; please print this and securely attach it to your return package.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Ensure all items are in their original condition and packaging before dropping off your parcel at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
